Simply:

  • - You get to use the Chat GPT I build and have the ability to upload any document to it - I will provide the first one to give you a guide to the type of information you should upload - you don't need to be bound by this and change it

  • - You get 3 months of access to the Chat GPT - the truth is I am not going to turn off access - but in the Ai world, things change so quickly that this will be superseded in no time, and I am not going to use all tech when I can create something better for you - hence the time frame.

  • - Don't be a dick, don't pass the document or the link to the Chat GPT around - sure, you could use it with your clients - but don't share it -and just acknowledge Jane Slack-Smith and Your Success Club

  • - Have fun but don't be naughty - there is protection in place to not let you reverse engineer the prompt

  • - Go get clients - make money - monetise your message and create an impact in the world

Terms and Conditions for ChatGPT Access Sale

1. Introduction

Purpose: This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&Cs) under which Your Success Australia ("the Provider") offers access to its ChatGPT service ("the Service") to the purchaser ("the Client"). Acceptance: By purchasing access to the Service, the Client agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Scope of Service

Description: The Service provides the Client access to a ChatGPT model for generating text-based responses. Access Period: The access is granted for a term of 3 months from the date of purchase.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

Grant of License: The Provider grants the Client a exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service for the duration of the Access Period.

Permitted Use: The Service is intended for the generation of your ideal client analysis with the purpose of creating content.

Prohibited Use: The Client shall not reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service. Use of the Service for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Passing on the links to the document and the ChatGPT will be consider a breach of contract and action will be taken.

4. Payment

Fees: The Client agrees to pay for the 3-month access period.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Termination

Breach: The Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cut off access to the Service if the Client violates these T&Cs.

End of Access Period: Access to the Service automatically terminates at the end of the 3-month period unless renewed.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All rights, titles, and interest in the Service and the prompt it self and documents and training provided will remain property of the Provider

Any outputs generated by the Service remain the property of the Client.

Client Content: The Client retains ownership of any data or content provided to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is," and the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Compliance: Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws in the use of the Service

Data Use: The Provider will not use, nor disclose any Client data processed by the Service, except as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Amendment

Changes to T&Cs: The Provider reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
